2. Singapore To Mersing Jetty Public Taxi
There are, unfortunately, no direct public taxis from Singapore to Mersing Jetty.
To get to Mersing Jetty from Singapore, you’d first have to go to Ban San Street (Queen Street) Taxi Terminal and catch a taxi to Larkin Sentral, JB. This can cost about SGD 60 one way.
From Larkin Sentral, take a local taxi or Grab car to Mersing Jetty.
Taking a public taxi to Mersing Jetty is only recommended if it’s urgent. Otherwise, you’d be wasting time and might risk missing the ferry!
Tip:
- Always check if the driver has the meter on. You don’t want to be overcharged!

Public taxis can ferry up to only 4 passengers in a car.
