First, you’ll need to create a profile and then generate an individual or group QR code via the MyICA mobile app.
You can download the MyICA app from App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

For car passengers and motorcyclists, there’s no need to alight for immigration clearance. However, for bus passengers, you’ll still have to get down the bus to clear immigration.

- For bus passenger halls, when scanning your QR code, place your phone face-down about 2 inches away from the screen. This helps the scanner to read your QR code better.
Things To Note:
- For foreign visitors, you have to submit SG Arrival Card (SGAC) within 3 days prior to arrival in Singapore. You can do so online or on the MyICA app.
- Each QR code has an expiry date. There’s no need to re-apply for a QR code every land border trip unless the existing code has expired.
