This modern facility is where you collect your physical ferry ticket before heading to the jetty waiting hall – a short 100 metres towards the front of the building.

From there, it’s just a quick 1-minute walk from Mersing Jetty to Mersing Harbour Centre!

If you prefer the flexibility of self-driving, just set your destination to Mersing Harbour Centre on Waze or Google Maps once you pass JB CIQ for easy navigation.
The drive from Singapore typically takes around 3.5 hours, depending on traffic and border conditions.

However, this is not recommended, as tickets may sell out—we would strongly advise you to book online beforehand to secure your tickets.
