Come with us as we dive into 3 ways that will let you know just how to get from Singapore to Mersing.
1. Private Taxi From Singapore To Mersing
2. Bus From Singapore To Mersing
3. Car From Singapore To Mersing
Tips:
- Traffic at the Singapore-Malaysia border is infamously bad, sometimes taking as long 3-4 hours to get across during peak periods or long weekends. Meticulous planning is advised so that you won’t miss the ferry.
- Obtain the latest ferry and speedboat schedules before planning. Be aware of any alternative ferry and speedboat rides for contingency.
- Arrive well ahead of your scheduled ferry/speedboat departure. If it’s departing in the morning, you can opt to stay overnight in Mersing town.
1. Private Taxi From Singapore To Mersing
The most convenient option is a private taxi from Singapore to Mersing. A private taxi provides a seamless transfer from your doorstep in Singapore to Mersing Jetty.

- Best Price: Starting from SGD 200 one way per car.
- Good For: Families travelling with kids and elderly people, or group trips (3 people or more).
