Q1: What are the type of your private taxi?

SGJBTAXIS.SG has several types of MPV taxi: Hyundai Starex (10 Seater), Toyota Alphard (8 Seater), Toyota Innova (7 Seater).

Q2: When I can receive driver details?

We will WhatsApp or SMS the driver details to you one day before pick up date.

Q3: Do I need a visa or any special documents to travel from Singapore to JB?

No visa is needed for Singaporeans entering Malaysia. Singaporeans are exempt from completing the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC).

Q4: How long in advance I need to book a private taxi?

We encourage you to book at least 2 days in advance so that we can arrange your pick up schedule more effectively.

Q5: All your transfer rates are per person or per vehicle?

All the transfer rates shown in ‘Pricing’ page are per vehicle.

Q6: How to get the quotation if location not listed in ‘Rates’ tab?

You can WhatsApp us and chat with our dedicated customer support team to get the quotation.

Q7: All the rates listed is for single trip or include return trip?

All the rates listed includes single trip rates and return trip rates.

Q8: Are there any hidden fee or extra surcharge fee?

Rates shown in table is fixed rates. (Peak Season Charge apply for selected Holidays)

Q9: What are the payment options available for Singapore to JB booking?

Two payment options are available: direct cash payment to the driver or online card payment via Stripe.

Q10: What type of currency do you accept for payment?

So far, we only accept payment in Singapore Dollar (SGD).

Q11: How long the journey from Singapore to Johor Bahru.

The journey may take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. However, it depends on the pickup location in Singapore and the cross-border traffic conditions on the day.

Q12: How do I meet your driver when I arrive Changi Airport or Johor Bahru Senai International Airport?

Our driver will arrive early and waiting you at arrival hall and carrying a board that have you sign or name on it. Besides that, our driver will have your contact details.

Q13: If my flight late departure from schedule time or change flight date, what I need to do?

Depend on the situation, we prefer you send us your flight number during online reservation so that we can track your estimate flight arrival time.

Q14: Do you only provide private taxi transport from Singapore to Johor Bahru?

We provide taxi from Singapore to JB transfer services as well as to other areas of Peninsular Malaysia.

Q15: Do passengers need to get off the vehicle when crossing the border between Singapore and Johor?

Passengers are not required to get off from our vehicles and just sit in the car for entire journey.
