- On the day of travel, head to the bus pick-up point.
- At the Singapore checkpoint, alight from the bus. Proceed to clear immigration.
- After clearing Singaporean immigration, follow the signs that will take you back to the bus bay. Reboard the same bus.
- At the JB Checkpoint, alight from the bus with luggage. Proceed to clear immigration.
- After clearing Malaysian immigration, walk back to the bus bay. Reboard the bus and resume your journey.
- Arrive at your drop-off point in Desaru Coast.
